Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in project or cost management within commercial construction.
• Experience with large-scale projects andProcurement/tender lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management and establish robust cost controls from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and forecasts at milestones.
• Review design alternatives for cost implications and ensure estimate accuracy.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Manage tender documentation, bid leveling, and procurement reviews.
• Analyze change orders and ensure accurate accounting with subcontractors.
