Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of project experience in hyperscale or colocation data center construction.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in project or cost management within commercial construction.
• Expertise in full-cycle cost management for large-scale projects ($50M+).
• Hands-on experience with procurement and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management of projects and establish robust cost controls.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports and risk assessments.
• Manage the tender process and produce formal Tender Recommendation Reports.
• Review contractual terms and analyze local labor markets.
