Ryan Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to lead cost control for hyperscale data center projects. You will establish budgets, manage procurement, and oversee change orders to ensure profitability from concept through completion.

The role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of cost management, reporting to senior stakeholders, and proficiency in Procore and Building Connected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, Finance, QS, or related field.
• 1 year of hyperscale/colocation data center project experience required.
• 5–7 years in project or cost management within commercial construction.
• Expertise in full-cycle cost management for large-scale projects (≈$50M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management from concept through completion.
• Establish budgets and manage procurement and change orders.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Support cash flow forecasting and client financial planning.
• Review contractual terms to optimize entitlements and ensure compliance.
