Job summary

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects from mobilization through final turnover. You will provide day-to-day leadership for all on-site construction activities, overseeing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Eight+ years of commercial construction with increasing field leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading field operations on large-scale commercial or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, MEP coordination, commissioning, and phased turnovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for hyperscale data center projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty trades.
• Foster safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork across the jobsite.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
• Manage schedules with look-ahead planning and phased turnovers.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and commissioning personnel for IST and turnover.
• Lead quality inspections and resolve field issues per specs and submittals.
