Job summary

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Project Engineer to support hyperscale data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.

You will work with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, QA/QC, and client reps to coordinate activities, scheduling, procurement, and documentation, across MEP, Connectivity, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in construction.
• Three+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/mission-critical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination with PMs and Superintendents.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to support schedule and milestones.
• Support scheduling, look-ahead planning, material tracking, and procurement.
• Coordinate inspections, documentation, testing activities, and deliverables.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and turnover documentation.
