Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver hyperscale data center facilities in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and client handover with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction PM on major projects, proficiency with Procore/Primavera P6/Microsoft Project, and OSHA certification. Travel as needed, with a base salary range and hourly pay option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of methods, materials, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
• Experience with change orders, cost controls, risk mitigation, and payment reviews.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, clients, and contractors.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to achieve objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and report status to stakeholders.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; approve invoices and forecasts.
• Lead change management including evaluation and approval of changes and claims.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across project activities.
• Coordinate commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover of systems.
• Support utility coordination and infrastructure implementation.
• Drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
