Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate owners, design teams, contractors, and utilities to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years in PM/APM role leading projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience across preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day‑to‑day construction oversight across all phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, and change orders; manage change and claims.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across the project lifecycle.
