Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Construction Manager to own day-to-day delivery on a major data center project, coordinating GCs, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.

You'll drive schedules with Primavera P6/MS Project, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, and maintain safety, while traveling weekly to project sites across the US. This is a site-driven role requiring ongoing travel to assigned project sites.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA construction.
• Experience with high-density electrical infrastructure is valuable.
• Scheduling, procurement, cost control and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing site execution from construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinating multiple packages and resolving field issues quickly.
• Driving integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Managing contractors, critical-path scopes and change orders.
• Monitoring schedule, cost, progress and resource requirements.
• Ensuring QA/QC and strong safety on site.
