Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct professional experience in construction management, preconstruction, or scheduling for large-scale capital projects.
• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction, including ground-up greenfield development and retrofit projects.
• Experience developing and managing construction schedules using P6 or equivalent tools with knowledge of critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level path-to-break-ground schedules incorporating site conditions, labor market, design type, permitting timelines, and seasonal factors.
• Lead constructability reviews to influence engineering decisions that improve safety, schedule predictability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide real-time feedback to inform target pricing, value engineering, and financial models for leadership decisions.
• Set project cost and schedule targets and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Transition projects from planning to preconstruction and delivery with continuity of context and risk posture.
