Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Campus Construction Manager to lead construction execution for our Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction (DEC) Team in a high‑scale campus project environment. You will manage a matrixed team of Safety, QAQC, and Project Controls to deliver on time and budget, while integrating lessons learned and ensuring strong partnerships across the DEC organization.

The role requires overseeing Land Ready and Construction Ready Sites, guiding design and build

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in construction and project planning of complex, mission critical projects.
• Experience in large scale construction management (excess of $500M/yr. construction spend)
• Experience with GMP delivery and various contract delivery methodologies (Design-Build, IPD, Lump Sum, etc.)
• Experience communicating, presenting, and negotiating with cross-functional teams on complex construction projects
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices and integrating AI tools to optimize workflows
