Job summary

Meta seeks a Campus Construction Manager to lead offsite construction for its largest AI data center campus, driving scalable, efficient infrastructure development with a focus on uptime and cost control.

You will oversee ground-up development, budget management, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure reliable expansion while upholding responsible AI practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in construction and project planning.
• Ground-up construction and greenfield site development.
• Capital budget management and knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards, including fire protection.
• Strong negotiation skills with contractors and change orders.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Data center development and construction experience.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and ensure responsible AI practices.
