Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced project leader to own delivery of a new-build hyperscale data center in the US. You will coordinate GC, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring the project meets scope, schedule, and cost while advancing readiness toward commissioning.

Candidates should have 8+ years in data center construction, strong MEP expertise, and a proven track record delivering ground‑up builds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center construction, mission‑critical facilities, or comparable large‑scale projects.
• Proven track record delivering ground‑up builds from early site work to commissioning.
• Strong grounding in MEP systems, electrical distribution, cooling, and critical-path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery for a new-build hyperscale data center, from early site work through to completion.
• Manage and coordinate the general contractor, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and cost.
