Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience.
• Superintendent experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience with safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations on data center construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Oversee field execution, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
