Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead a multi-billion-dollar data center program in the US. This role reports to the senior leadership and requires ownership of campus-level delivery, with 100% travel and oversight from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial construction, proven leadership of large programs, and strong client-facing and financial acumen to drive schedule, budget, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects or multi-building programs.
• Experience on projects in the $500M+ range, ideally hyperscale data centers or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major multi-building data center program from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Maintain executive client relationships and overall program strategy, budget, and schedule.
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability across the program.
