Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an exceptional Civil Engineer to lead civil and site development design for hyperscale data center campuses and energy facilities. You will architect resilient civil infrastructure capable of supporting massive AI compute loads with rapid deployment timelines.

This high-ownership role requires expertise in land development, hydrology & hydraulics, and environmental systems, with collaboration across structural, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
5+ years in civil engineering for data centers, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end civil and land development engineering for hyperscale campuses and industrial sites.
Lead hydrology and hydraulics analysis, floodplain modeling, and stormwater design.
Design land development plans including earthwork, grading, erosion control, and foundations for heavy loads.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and construction teams.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to civil design standards.
