Job summary

Meta is seeking a Gigawatt Site Project Director to own delivery outcomes for a 1GW+ data center campus. You will lead DEC matrix teams—Delivery, Quality, Project Controls, and Design—into a single accountable outcome and manage the integrator and multi-prime interfaces.

Responsibilities include controlling capital risk, guiding fast-track, ground-up construction, and ensuring safety, schedule, and cost targets from capex through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 20+ years megaproject experience with executive accountability.
• Experience with multi-prime delivery structures and integrator models.
• Ground-up campus-scale construction on fast-track schedules.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Experience with US/EMEA contract delivery methods and change orders.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and site permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrix teams—Delivery, Quality, Project Controls, and Design—ensuring a single accountable outcome.
• Own the integrator relationships, prime interfaces, and commercial governance.
• Negotiate and approve construction change orders at campus scale.
• Identify and mitigate risk, especially early civil window and critical path.
• Travel and site leadership to ensure on-site execution excellence.
