Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction and project planning.
• Experience with ground-up construction and greenfield site development.
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety standards.
• Experience in construction management and capital budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite team of direct report Construction Managers.
• Provide cost-saving solutions and negotiate change orders.
• Manage General Contractor relationship at the campus level.
• Provide weekly project status reports.
