Job summary

Professional Teleconcepts, LLC (IL) seeks a Foreman to lead on-site termination and testing crews for high-visibility, large-scale data center deployments. You will manage daily activities, ensure safety, and supervise field terminations to meet stringent hyperscaler standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing MTP/MPO panel terminations, copper drops, and complete documentation for project close-out, with a focus on schedule adherence and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with proven prioritization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for field issues, especially optical links.
• Broad knowledge of testing software and equipment for high-density fiber/copper terminations.
• Able to learn hyperscaler network architectures and data center protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site termination and test crews to complete deployments on time and to spec.
• Oversee the installation and dressing of high-density MTP/MPO panels at IDFs/Cores and field-term copper drops.
• Supervise physical layer testing, including fiber and copper certifications, to meet hyperscaler standards.
• Ensure clean, labeled terminations and comprehensive test reports for close-out.
