Job summary

Professional Teleconcepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site crews in hyperscaler data center cable deployments. You will supervise installation, ensure safety, manage schedules, and coordinate with the client and vendors to deliver projects on time and to spec.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive fiber/copper cabling experience, and the ability to work across shifts in a dynamic data center environment. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• DOT physical exam and medical card required.
• US work authorization.
• 4+ years fiber splicing and cable placement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical team of cable technicians to complete deployments on time and to spec.
• Oversee pulling, routing, and dressing of diverse structured cabling including fiber and copper.
• Enforce industry standards for fiber handling; monitor bend radii, tensions, slack, and use approved fastening methods.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations; ensure compliance with site safety policies.
• Serve as primary liaison between client, facility reps, trades, and vendors on site.
• Use project management tools to generate daily progress reports and manage crew schedules.
• Collaborate with management across operations, engineering, installation, and procurement.
