Job summary

Professional Teleconcepts, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site build and racking teams for high-visibility data center deployments. You will manage daily activities, ensure adherence to safety and client requirements, and drive project success from inception to closeout.

You will oversee IDF/MDF/MMR rack installations, label components, and enforce strict safety protocols in energized environments, coordinating with hyperscaler clients and vendors to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read rack elevations and one-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and data center protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to complete deployment projects on time and to spec.
• Oversee installation of IDF/MDF/MMR racks and power landings.
• Inspect labeling, documentation, and rack elevations for accuracy.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety procedures in energized environments.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other trades throughout the project.
• Develop daily progress reports and manage crew schedules.
