Job summary

MegaWatt Project Solutions LTD seeks a Superintendent to lead field teams on hyperscale data center cabling projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution and turnover of structured cabling and low-voltage systems.

The role requires coordinating crews and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, maintaining schedules, and partnering with project managers and clients to meet quality standards and schedule goals. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within low-voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, electrical, or data center construction.
• Experience leading field crews on large-scale commercial or hyperscale data center projects preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing manpower, production, quality, safety, and daily field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field leadership and supervision for low-voltage cabling installations on hyperscale data center projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly field activities to maintain project schedules and production goals.
• Supervise field personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, other trades, and client representatives.
• Review project drawings, specifications, layouts, and installation requirements to ensure field execution aligns with the project documents.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, material availability, and installation progress.
• Identify potential schedule impacts, field conflicts, and resource constraints and communicate them to the Project Manager.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and production planning meetings as required.
