Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in production systems engineering, infra, or system software for large-scale cloud environments.
• 7+ years with hardware lifecycle management or fleet automation.
• Experience coding for Linux-based production environments in Python, Bash, PHP, C, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Identify and root cause systemic issues across cloud server fleet to maximize uptime and utilization using telemetry.
• Write, review, and maintain code for diagnostic and cloud automation tooling.
• Own and develop diagnostic tooling requirements for frontline operations teams.
• Drive escalation for data center operations to resolve cloud tooling and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional cloud tooling teams to influence roadmaps.
• Travel up to 25% to support global data center operations.
