Job summary

E2 Optics seeks an experienced field operations leader to drive hyperscale projects from planning through execution at multiple sites. You will oversee safety, schedules, and quality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and E2 Optics standards.

This role demands deep knowledge of data center construction, cabling systems, and large-team coordination, with travel as required to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction or large data center projects.
• Proven track record leading large field operations with minimal oversight.
• Expert understanding of hyperscale data center construction and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the senior field execution authority for hyperscale projects.
• Translate project plans into detailed, executable field strategies across multiple buildings/phases.
• Proactively manage risks, schedule, and productivity at scale.
• Develop and execute detailed look-ahead schedules and production plans.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, staging, and release schedules to support uninterrupted production.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality plans.
