Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center and telecommunications programs. You will drive budgets, schedules, and scope while coordinating cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction/telecommunications, strong leadership, and familiarity with hyperscale engineering. This hybrid role requires travel and a commitment to safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction preferred or considered with related experience.
• 7–10 years in telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience.
• 10+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience with strong budget, safety and quality focus.
• Proven program management experience with leadership, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management across multiple accounts; manage budgets, schedules and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Sr. Project Managers and staff.
• Develop KPIs and evaluation methods to drive operational strength and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements.
