Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of structured cabling projects within a hyperscale data center program, from planning through client acceptance and closeout. You will own schedules, cost forecasts, change management, and reporting, coordinating with field leadership, Procurement, subcontractors, and QA/QC.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will drive safe, high-quality installation services, escalate risks, and ensure milestones and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum three years in construction project delivery with scope, schedule, and cost experience.
• Experience delivering structured cabling installs in hyperscale data centers preferred.
• Ability to read design drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, mobilization, installation, testing, and closeout.
• Direct Field Engineers and Project Coordinators; coordinate with field leaders and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain schedules, look-ahead plans, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor daily productivity; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare change requests, cost estimates, and ensure閉invoices and documentation are accurate.
• Lead customer meetings; provide timely reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Escalate risks affecting safety, quality, cost, or milestones with recommended actions.
