Job summary

Healogics, LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and manage the hyperbaric chamber and support systems. Reporting to the Program Director, you will ensure patient safety and accurate treatment documentation in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, healthcare licensure/certification as applicable, and BLS/CPR. Prior wound care experience is preferred; training for Vein Clinic activities is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current healthcare certification or licensure as applicable in state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ healthcare experience preferred.
• Prior wound or critical care experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, educates and orients patients about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed and monitors equipment and patient responses.
• Maintains accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Assist in Vein Clinic activities after training.
• Participates in safety program activities.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant if CMA/LPN.
• Performs other duties as required.
