Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and ensure patient safety across our clinical settings. You will monitor chamber operations, document treatments and support both wound care and vein clinic activities.

A clinical license (LPN/LVN) and BLS/CPR are required, with additional hyperbaric training welcomed. Responsibilities include education of patients, data entry for treatments, and involvement in safety drills.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required and maintained throughout employment.
• Hyperbaric equipment and systems troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and organizational/time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; wound management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, educates and orients patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administers therapy and monitors chamber performance and patient responses.
• Documents daily treatments and wound care visits; uploads photos.
• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• Participates in safety drills and program activities.
• May act as Documentation Assistant for CMA/LPN.
• Performs other duties as required.
