Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and ensure the safe operation of the chamber and related systems.

You will educate patients, record daily treatments, support wound care clinic activities, and collaborate with the Hyperbaric Provider.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, applicable healthcare licenses, BLS/CPR, and at least two years in healthcare, with preferred wound care experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current healthcare professional certification or license as applicable.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Minimum two years in healthcare preferred.
  • Experience in wound or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, educates and orients patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
  • Administers HBOT as prescribed and monitors patient responses.
  • Documents daily HBOT treatments and wound care visits; maintains records.
  • Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
  • Assists in vein clinic after Traning.
  • Participates in safety drills and program activities.
  • May act as scribe per policy in Ohio.
  • Performs other duties as required.
