Job summary

Healogics, Inc. in Mayfield, KY is seeking a part-time Hyperbaric Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and ensure patient safety. You will monitor chamber equipment, document treatments, and support wound care visits in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include patient education, proper data entry, and adhering to CMS and hospital policies. Relevant licenses and a current BLS/CPR certification are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and applicable healthcare certifications as listed.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required to maintain throughout employment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience with wound care or hyperbaric-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, educates and orients patients about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administers HBOT and monitors chamber performance and patient responses during sessions.
• Makes accurate entries for daily HBOT treatments and wound clinic visits; maintains records.
• Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber and related oxygen systems.
• Assists in the vein clinic after relevant training; participates in safety drills.
• Performs other duties as required by policies and supervision.
