Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and supervise the safe operation of the hyperbaric chambers across our facilities. You will coordinate daily maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance with CMS, NFPA 99, and hospital policies.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead safety program activities, conduct drills, document incidents, and work with medical staff to revise department policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CHT or CHS preferred.
• HBO Safety course completion required within 5 years if pre-hire.
• State license as RN/LPN/RT or CHHT as per Ohio requirements.
• Two years of healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chambers and related oxygen systems.
• Educate and orient patients for HBO therapy and monitor responses.
• Ensure safety, accurate data entry, and compliance with NFPA 99 and CMS.
• Lead safety program activities, conduct drills, and coordinate upgrades.
