Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to lead the hyperbaric program, ensure safe operation of chambers and oxygen systems, and oversee maintenance and safety initiatives. The role reports to Program Director and collaborates with Medical, Nursing and facility leadership to maintain compliance.

Required: BLS/CPR, HS diploma, CHT or CHS preferred, 2+ years in healthcare supervision; strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; eligible for state licensure per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CHT or CHS certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• State licenses as applicable to practice are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber and support systems.
• Lead and oversee the hyperbaric safety program and drills.
• Ensure patient safety during HBO treatments and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing and facility leadership on policies.
