Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Coordinator to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related equipment at our Wisconsin facility. You will provide training to nursing and technical staff to ensure safety in all hyperbaric procedures.

The role requires CHT certification, NBDHMT-recognized training, and prior monoplace chamber experience. This is a full-time position with a focus on safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an NBDHMT recognized introductory hyperbaric medicine course or equivalent military training.
• Two or more years of experience in the operation and maintenance of monoplace hyperbaric chambers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related equipment.
• Provide hyperbaric training to nursing and technical personnel related to safe chamber operations, maintenance procedures and safety processes.
• Ensure patient and chamber safety throughout operations.
