Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Coordinator to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related equipment.

You will provide hyperbaric training to nursing and technical staff, ensuring safe chamber operations and compliance with safety procedures. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of an NBDHMT-recognized introductory hyperbaric medicine course or equivalent military training.
• Two+ years' experience operating and maintaining monoplace hyperbaric chambers.
• Flexibility with hours; strong reading and written communication; basic problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• The Hyperbaric Safety Coordinator under the direction of the department supervisor/administrator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related equipment.
• Provides oversight for hyperbaric operations as it relates to the safety of the patient and safety of chamber operations.
• Provides hyperbaric training to nursing and technical personnel related to safe hyperbaric chamber operations, maintenance procedures and hyperbaric safety processes.
