Zusammenfassung

The Stillwater Medical Center Healthcare Authority is seeking a clinically competent Registered Nurse with hyperbaric treatment experience to lead and support a wound care clinic. This role involves operating hyperbaric chamber systems, administering oxygen therapy, and acting as Safety Officer per NFPA guidelines.

You will provide wound care to patients and collaborate with physicians. A Oklahoma RN license and required certifications within 6 months are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• CHRN preferred.
• Satisfactory work experience, demonstrating nursing knowledge and skill, leadership, and willingness to accept responsibility.
• Ability to handle high stress situations in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Must receive certification from an approved hyperbaric course, required within 6 months of employment.
• Must receive certification from an approved hyperbaric safety director course, required within 6 months of employment.
• Have a working knowledge and understanding of the codes and regulations that govern safe operation of a hyperbaric medical facility.
• Current CPR card or completion within 30 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe and effective operation, control, and maintenance of Hyperbaric Chamber systems and supporting components.
• Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by Physician.
• Serves as Safety Officer of the Wound Care Hyperbaric Treatment Clinic in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Guidelines.
• Provides wound care to patients being treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as patients in the wound care clinic when necessary.
