R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a licensed nurse (LVN) or experienced clinical staff with wound care background to coordinate patient care, support wound care and deliver hyperbaric oxygen therapy in our Advanced Healing Centers.

The role emphasizes safety, service, and access, with training in wound care and hyperbarics, requiring Texas LVN license or CMA certification, strong communication, organization, and a compassionate bedside manner.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Texas Board of Nursing, Certified Medical Assistant - BLS certification required.
• Prior wound care or hyperbaric experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Compassionate, patient-focused bedside manner.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across registration, referrals, and scheduling.
• Assist with wound care procedures and patient visits.
• Deliver hyperbaric medicine per established protocols and maintain chambers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
