Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington state seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor for the Hyperbaric department to oversee daily nursing operations and patient care coordination.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager/Director to supervise clinical staff, mentor new hires, and ensure 24/7, culturally sensitive care that prioritizes patients’ comfort and quality of life. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• 2 years experience in the same or similar clinical specialty.
• 1 year charge nurse or equivalent experience.
• Current RN license in Washington.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, direct, and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations in Hyperbaric department.
• Supervise clinical staff with Clinical Manager/Director.
• Plan and direct clinical and management activities for high-quality care.
• Mentor new staff and ensure 24/7 nursing coverage.
• Collaborate to maintain current standards of care and practice.
• Support educational and quality initiatives and performance improvement.
