Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to oversee daily operations and strategic direction for clinical service lines. The role focuses on leading clinical staff, guiding performance, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a regulated environment.

The position requires RN licensure in WA, 4+ years of related work with leadership experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Two years in a charge nurse/leadership position (or equivalent)
• Two years in a charge nurse/leadership position (or equivalent)
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support – CPR through the American Heart Association
• Preferred: OR experience strongly preferred
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Of Nursing, upon hire
• Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room, upon hire
• Preferred: Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse, upon hire

Responsabilités

• Oversees the clinical operations and strategic direction for assigned service lines.
• Manages and mentors clinical staff; monitors performance and productivity.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and aligns practices with organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
• Communicates performance issues and improvements to the director and leadership team.
