Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a dental office front desk or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with basic dental front office duties, like scheduling and insurance verification.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk workflows.
