Job description

In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. Responsibilities

Operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently, perform precise excavation, uncover utilities, and support construction projects.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
• At least 21 years of age

• Customer service orientation and comfort with customer interactions
• Enthusiasm for safety and teamwork
• Technologically adept
• Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Successful completion of physical exams and pre-employment screenings
• Union membership may be required as per collective bargaining agreement
