About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of one or more executives, including calendar management, business meetings, email support, coordinating domestic/international travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and handling additional tasks or projects as required.

What You'll Do
  1. Provide administrative support to a department, management group, or executive on the Senior Leadership Team and below.
  2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, answer phones, arrange travel, maintain files, order office supplies and equipment, process mail, handle copying, schedule meetings, and process expense reports.
  3. Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks with a good understanding of the job.
  4. Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments, often handling sensitive or confidential information.
  5. Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
Who You Are
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships across all management levels.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. High professionalism and confidentiality.
  5. Experience in customer service or high-pressure, multitask environments.
