Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to assist with hydrovac equipment operation on construction sites in Conway, AR. You will dig precisely with high-pressure water and vacuum systems, uncover utilities, and support essential infrastructure projects.

Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour based on experience, with generous opportunities for pay increases and career advancement; frequent safety training and a path for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with hydrovac equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrovac equipment operation to dig precisely and safely.
