Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to perform high-pressure water and vacuum excavation for utility discovery and construction projects. You will adhere to safety standards, operate hydrovac equipment, and support field teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role demands physical endurance, flexibility for variable shifts, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Starting wage is $63.97 per hour with union wages and benefits discussed directly with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and lift 50+ pounds.
• Experience with hydrovac equipment or similar industrial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment and perform hydrovac duties in various environments, including confined spaces.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time).
• Attend safety meetings and perform inspections/repairs as needed.
• Prepare work areas with safety measures and address hazards.
• Document all paperwork accurately for Badger, federal, state, and customers.
