Job summary
Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Conway, AR is seeking Assistant Hydrovac Operators to support safe excavation with hydrovac equipment on critical infrastructure projects. You will assist with day-to-day operations, follow safety protocols, and learn in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications
- Must have Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Personal Protective Equipment provided.
- Must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings (driver’s abstract review and drug/alcohol test).
