Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Baton Rouge, LA, is looking for an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to support hydro‑excavation tasks using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems. You will help dig safely, locate utilities, and support various construction projects alongside a safety‑minded team.

The role offers $20.00 per hour and up, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, training, and career advancement within our infrastructure

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist hydrovac operator by using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for construction projects.
