Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator in Conway, AR. You will assist in operating hydrovac equipment, help ensure safety, and support routine maintenance on-site.

The role requires a valid driver's license, potential certifications (CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, OSHA 10), and the ability to work varied shifts and lift heavy loads. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating hydrovac equipment and perform duties in various environments, including confined spaces.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs of hydrovac equipment.
• Prepare work areas with safety measures and address hazards.
• Document and report paperwork accurately for Badger, Federal, State, and customers.
