Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator. You will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for various construction projects. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour and will increase with experience.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License is required.
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
Assist hydrovac operations to support construction projects safely.
Maintain clear communication with customers and team in a safety-focused environment.
Work variable shifts with overtime as needed.
