Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Senior Manager for Hydroelectric Licensing & Regulatory Compliance to lead licensing, compliance, permitting, and agency engagement across FERC, SWRCB, USFS, and other partners. You will integrate complex regulatory requirements into capital plans, advise executives on risk and strategy, and ensure commitments are tracked and delivered across SCE’s hydro portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supervising a team and/or project management.
• Experience with regulatory filings, proceedings, compliance, administration, tariffs, and/or terms of service.
• Leadership of teams or major programs in utilities or hydropower preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with policy makers, regulators, and industry participants.
• Develops and integrates regulatory controls within systems and processes.
• Oversees contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements.
• Represents the organization in consultations and regulatory processes.
• Leads regulatory strategies to support business objectives.
• Manages external counsel and consultants to achieve policy goals.
