Qualifications

• HVAC, hydronics, chillers or thermal management experience.
• Experience selling through consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, or OEMs.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NA hydronics growth strategy across key applications.
• Partner with sales teams and strategic customers to close opportunities with OEMs, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Position the hydronics portfolio with compelling customer value propositions and messaging.
• Collaborate with product management, technical support, and marketing to align needs with strategy.
• Improve commercial performance through pipeline management, pricing, and sales enablement.
