Job summary

Custom Mechanical Solutions in Spokane, WA seeks a Commercial Hydronics Account Executive to sell hydronics equipment and systems to contractors, engineers and owners. Travel to CMS manufacturer locations and client sites as required.

You will develop long-term relationships, write bids and proposals, and coordinate with the CMS team to deliver solutions that meet design goals and codes. 100% commission with eligible draw and full benefits are offered to support your growth in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years account management and leadership experience.
• HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and consultants.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses; negotiate value and close sales.
• Travel to CMS manufacturer locations and client sites as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain CRM data accuracy across systems.
• Mentor sales team and coordinate with CMS staff to support growth.
