Job summary

CHC Hydro is seeking an Associate Sales and Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between consulting engineers, contractors, and our outside sales team to drive major commercial hydronic projects forward with a leading product line.

You will execute territory plans, build strategic relationships, and translate technical details into clear business value to close deals. This role emphasizes field visits, accurate pricing, and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of combined inside/outside sales experience in hydronic equipment HVAC distribution manufacturing or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales plans to hit annual sales and margin goals.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, design/build contractors, architects, developers and end users through site visits and Lunch & Learn presentations.
• Review blueprints, specs and bid documents to develop accurate project proposals, quotes and budget pricing.
• Conduct site visits to verify equipment installations and document them visually.
